Guests can relax in the comfortable living room with views of the garden.
If you have any special requests during your stay, please let Sarah know. Whether it be a special bouquet of flowers for your loved one, or a chilled bottle of cava, we will try and accommodate your requests, within reason!
We have an honesty bar located in the guest living room which you will find stocked with local wine and cider from Tor Cider. Please help yourself and leave us a note in the book.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast, using locally sourced products. Our bacon, sausages,
eggs and bread are all delivered from farms in Somerset. You will be able to taste the
freshness! And of course, can cater for special dietary requirements.
Please advise when making your reservation.
Breakfast will vary according to the time of year. A full English will always be available with
the addition of toasted bagels with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs in the warmer months and
Sarah's cinnamon porridge in the winter. (We can leave the cinnamon out if you
prefer!)
Upon your arrival we will request your preferences so we can get it just right for you.
If you are travelling in a group and would like a special dinner together, this can be organised. We can also provide a packed lunch if you are going out on a day trip. Please advise on booking with your requests.
Sarah and the girls moved back to the UK in August 2014 having spent many years living in the
north west mountain town of Soller in Mallorca.
She ran a holiday property management business for 13 years but decided it was time for a change
and came across Worth House on the internet.
Despite its rather run-down state, the potential was huge, and she took on the project of
turning it around and beginning a new life with her daughters.
The Wells area has plethora of culture and outdoor pursuits which made this a perfect location
for her family.
Worth House re-opened in April 2015 and we absolutely love it here.
Since December 2016 Sarah has been running Worth House with her partner, Nick. They both look
forward to greeting you when you visit Worth House!
